It was all about hours worked, amount billed and collected. There was never a discussion about whether the developed software is working for the client or whether it can be improved. It was thus a pleasant surprise when I met Ravi and Srisathya, the couple who run MEPRA. Their focus on the product to be developed and the bugs to be removed takes away a huge amount of stress. No fancy promises, but quiet confidence coming out of an open mind, years of experience and humility.
